What you will be doing:
    • Available to work early mornings:
      Saturday
      - Wednesday 6:00AM-2:

      PM
    • Execute daily food preparation, including chopping, portioning, weighing, mixing, and cooking according to standardized set recipes and quality standards.
    • Support the Central Kitchen Manager with kitchen operations, workflow, and daily production priorities.
    • Oversee proper labeling, dating, storage, and rotation of food products in accordance with food safety requirements.
    • Set up, operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment and workstations to support an efficient production environment.
    • Assist with training and supporting other kitchen team members as needed.
What you bring to the table:
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen language
  • 2+ Years of Food Prep Experience would be nice
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Conversational Spanish a plus
