• Serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth during each guest interaction.
• Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches accurately and efficiently.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and help set up for the next shift.

• Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication skills in a loud environment.

• Basic food safety understanding and training (Food Handler’s Card required by law).
