Job Overview

Full‑time Verizon Retail Sales associate position at Walmart 300, Jacksonville, AL. Immediate hire with paid training and direct fulfillment model.

• Engage customers inside retail locations and identify wireless needs.
• Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless services.
• Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and service options.
• Process new accounts, upgrades, add‑a‑lines, and wireless activations.
• Utilize direct fulfillment systems to order devices for customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
• Sell products and services in a retail store or kiosk environment.
• Accurately document and report sales and track all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional and presentable at all times.

• Average weekly earnings $600 – $1,000.
• Uncapped commission‑only structure with an advanced draw based on hours worked in store.

• Hands‑on sales experience in a high‑traffic retail environment.

Expected hours: 30–40 hours per week. Some travel may be required with mileage compensation. Flexible availability strongly preferred; scheduling will likely focus on Tuesday through Saturday shifts. Candidates must be open to varying schedules.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Preferred:
  Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience; wireless, retail, or commissioned sales background; experience in a customer‑facing environment.
