What You’ll Do
  • Be a Team Member: Collaborate with associates to build a strong meat team, communicate with team members, and adapt to business needs across departments.
  • Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of floor operations, back‑room procedures, product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Prepare and trim meat products to established standards. Maintain product quality.
  • Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. Use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training and product quality.
  • Be an Owner: Ensure operational excellence by maintaining the work area per company policies, uphold quality and date‑control standards, secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise, eliminate waste, assist members with purchases, and ensure proper packaging, labeling and storage.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club by valuing the member experience, modeling high‑quality service, and exhibiting energy, commitment and passion.
  • Comply with policies, procedures and ethics standards; use the Open Door Policy and apply them in business processes.
  • Complete assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers and partners; identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt and learn from change.
Compensation

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
