- Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
- Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area in accordance with company policies. Handles claims and returns, zones the area, receives and stocks merchandise, sets up displays, removes damaged goods, signs and prices merchandise, completes required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation, and secures fragile and high‑shrink merchandise.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products to members, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services.
- Follow company policies related to the freezer/cooler area, including food handling policies, equipment operation and repair, sanitizing equipment, cold chain procedures, cleaning the area, monitoring equipment function, and reporting issues to management.

- Keep shelves clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser‑quality food products.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Will successfully complete all required job training and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.
