Job Overview
Store Manager position for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween. Previous experience in a Store Manager role at Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween required.
Responsibilities- Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.
- Responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store.
- Minimum age of 21.
- Flexible schedule.
- Physical demands: 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail management experience required.
Hourly rate ranges from $20.92 to $21.17 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
