Hourly wage $17.00 to $25.00* (may exceed local minimum wage). Additional premiums up to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

  Maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross‑functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with the team; remains flexible to business needs in other areas.

  Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie
  :
  Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology for production decisions, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages colleagues.
• Be an Owner
  :
  Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date‑control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador
  :
  Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences and inspires others; supports respectful, supportive, team‑oriented culture; identifies roadblocks and assists in training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity; use the Open Door Policy; apply these to business processes.
• Complete work assignments and prioritize using policies, data and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers and partners; set priorities, deadlines; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change, difficulties and feedback.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
• Preferred:
  Food Safety Certification or Food Hairer Certification.
