Position: (USA) Club Enablement Lead
Location: Hillwood

Sam's Club # National Blvd SW, Huntsville, AL

Position Summary

Leads the rollout of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve club efficiency and member experience. Coordinates onboarding for new associates within the first 30, 60, 90, and 180 days, facilitates orientation sessions aligned with Sam’s Club values, and ensures I‑9 documentation is completed in compliance with all protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Builds and maintains deep expertise in club roles, job functions, compliance protocols, and safety standards, providing guidance and support to associates on systems, safety practices, and operational procedures.
  • Fosters a collaborative, people‑first environment that drives associate engagement and retention.
  • Champions change initiatives and collaborates across departments to drive adoption and engagement, acting as a connector and building trust.
  • Supports lower turnover and promotes career growth through consistent coaching and mentorship.
  • Ensures club operations align with Sam’s Club strategic goals and values; monitors compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
  • Promotes consistency in execution across departments to enhance member and associate experiences.
  • Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs, analyzing progress and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Promotes and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, guiding application of these in day‑to‑day business processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6 months retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment such as cash registers.
  • 6 months customer service experience.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading a front‑end team; supervising skills that include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workloads of others.

Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
