OverviewEnergy North/Haffner’s is seeking a Store Manager to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The Manager is pivotal in implementing company policies, procedures, and a commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction, working closely with store employees to ensure daily responsibilities are completed in accordance with company policy.
CompensationSalary is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other qualifications. Minimum salary opportunity: $54,400 – $73,000 per year.

- Complete and delegate shift duties to maintain store conditions in line with company expectations.
- Assist employees in following up on daily shift duties.
- Lead and motivate employees to be productive members of the store team.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach, and lift.
