Overview

Energy North/Haffner’s is seeking a Store Manager to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The Manager is pivotal in implementing company policies, procedures, and a commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction, working closely with store employees to ensure daily responsibilities are completed in accordance with company policy.

Compensation

Salary is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other qualifications. Minimum salary opportunity: $54,400 – $73,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a clean, well‑stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
  • Model positive behavior for fellow employees.
  • Complete daily administrative responsibilities in accordance with company procedures.
  • Train new employees according to company guidelines.
  • Resolve all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner and report feedback to the District Manager.
  • Complete and delegate shift duties to maintain store conditions in line with company expectations.
  • Assist employees in following up on daily shift duties.
  • Lead and motivate employees to be productive members of the store team.

Job Environment
