Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer’s purchase;
Open and close the store at a minimum of two days per week;
Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing training, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring policy compliance;
Follow processes to manage merchandise including receiving, stocking, restocking, and rotating merchandise; build displays;
Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting cashier accountability, and deposits; support security and cash-control procedures; sign refunds/overrides as needed.
