Assist the Store Manager with inventory management, merchandising presentation, and customer service.;
Train assigned associates in proper stocking, rotation, and safe handling of perishable products.;
Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences.;
Ensure sanitation standards and staff compliance with food handling regulations..
