- Responsibilities:
Oversee training and development within the Meat Department to ensure staff perform duties to company standards;
Ensure safety, temperature control, proper wrapping and weighing, and correct presentation of products;
Adhere to policies for receiving, storing, dating, pricing, merchandising, and sanitation;
Maintain knowledge of product quality, grade, and appropriate cooking methods for cuts;
Provide excellent customer service and maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat cases
