• Develop and execute multiple marketing strategies.
• Promote Home Genius products and services to new and existing clients.
• Participate in training opportunities on a weekly basis.
• Deliver interactive sales presentations of our products and services.
• Position is not remote.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking publicly with confidence.
• Open-mindedness with a passion for ongoing learning and self-growth.
• Able to work Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (five of these six days).

• Base pay: $17.25 to $22 per hour plus bonuses (average hourly pay with bonuses $25 to $30).
• Fully compensated salary range $65,000 to $90,000 per year.

• 8-hour shifts.
• Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required.
