Position Overview
The Person al Finance Officer collaborates with the Sales Manager to establish the successful launch of new products and services as developed under the Executive Advance portfolio to meet the needs of existing and new Quick Stop customers.
The Person al Finance Officer is responsible for managing the sales of all Executive Advance products and services to ensure consistent profitable growth in sales/loans revenues through effective and efficient planning and customer satisfaction based on quality of service delivered.
The position requires travel to meet with prospective and existing clients.
CompensationSalary: $28,512.00 BZE plus commission and benefits.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Effectively and efficiently plan the sales visits with potential business leads and customers. The target market is specific to the Orange Walk and Corozal areas.
- Launch new products & services that have been previously designed, vetted, and approved by management.
- Make site visits to potential clients and process/issue loans.
- Prepare Sales Report.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, and in person.
- Generate, contact, and track progress on potential customers, and business leads.
- Perform outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure accurate customer records are kept and filed according to standard operating procedures.
- Assist the Sales Lead and leadership team in monitoring competitors, market conditions, and product development.
- Assist the Sales Lead and leadership team in conducting market survey, and research that may be necessary for feasibility study of a new product.
- Market Executive Advance products and services via social media and face-to-face interaction.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Education- Associate Degree.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales. Finance industry is preferred.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Driver’s License
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Excellent language and communication skills – spoken and written English.
- Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to complete tasks in accordance with priorities, address multiple demands, and meet deadlines
- Ability to use judgment when dealing with confidential information
- Must be organized in planning and approach with customers
- Good interpersonal skills

WorkingEnvironment
The Person al Finance Officer will be equipped with standard office equipment (e.g., desk, laptop, printer, and scanner). This position would be stationed indoors for approximately 30% of the time and outdoors for approximately 70% of the time for business or travel purposes. The Officer is required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, and many times he/she will be required to work outside of usual office hours to complete tasks.
