Essential Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities:

- Follow company standards for welcoming customers & checking them in for service, gathering information from the customer and explaining the products and services offered, assisting the customer with any inquiries they may have regarding their vehicles, then write a service ticket to specification.
- Inform the customers of other detailing packages that are available and try to sell additional services based on the customer's needs or wants.
- Recommend and introduce new products and services.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective assistance.
- Communicate with customers from initial contact all through completion of maintenance, always ensuring that customer's expectations are not just met but exceeded.
- Promote a clean, safe, and healthy experience for our guests.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High volume sales experience
- Comfortable with explaining product knowledge to customers
- Minimum age of 18
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- An attitude for success and a desire to make money
- Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team‑player" attitude

Requires the ability to interact with others, interpret spoken messages and utilize reason to resolve problems. Requires prolonged periods of standing and walking, and frequent bending at the waist, twisting of the upper body, kneeling, being mobile on uneven surfaces, squeezing and crouching. Requires frequent lifting and carrying of 1-25 pounds (occasional up to 50#).
