Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

The position is physical, fast‑paced, and requires both indoor and outdoor work. It includes a 10‑week comprehensive training program and ongoing mentorship to develop business skills.

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to the first day of employment, candidates must:
• Have an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.
• Meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Hold a high school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Demonstrate strong customer‑service orientation.
• Show self‑motivation and a collaborative, team‑focused mindset.
