The Aaron's Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers on lease agreements, drive timely payments, and renewals, while building strong relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership.
You will maintain customer accounts, contact customers who have not renewed, and support the sales team in a fast-paced store environment across the United States and Canada, upholding Aaron’s service standards.
