Selling Specialist - Sephora​/Ulta

Summary

The Selling Specialist supports the Sales and Education Executive by providing sales support and communicating business needs across an assigned territory covering Sephora and Ulta stores in Jacksonville and Birmingham, Alabama. The role focuses on driving sales, executing in-store events, and maintaining merchandising standards while building strong relationships with store teams and clients. The position requires travel within the territory and flexible weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales goals (SPH and ROI) in assigned stores.
• Assist Executive with planning and executing in-store events to increase event sales and ROI.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sephora/Ulta beauty advisors, store leadership, and district managers.
• Provide client service and support while in store and ensure Fresh merchandising standards are maintained.
• Maintain regular store call cycle, manage schedule and travel, and report sales, out-of-stock, and merchandising issues to the Executive.
• Submit hours weekly after shifts are completed.

Requirements

• Beauty industry experience required.
• Weekend availability required (Thursday through Sunday).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a Sephora or Ulta environment preferred.
• Proactive approach to client engagement and promoting the brand.
• Own means of transportation and flexible hours to meet job objectives.
