As a Security Officer - Patrol in Berry, AL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will help monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that may help to deter security-related incidents. You will support site access and perimeter checks, document observations, respond to service requests, and communicate clearly with employees and visitors.

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, yards, and perimeter routes to help deter unauthorized activity, theft, and/or property damage.
• Monitor access points and control entry and exit of employees, contractors, and deliveries using approved verification and documentation practices.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Document routine patrol activity, unusual conditions, and incident details using daily activity logs and incident reports per post orders.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
