Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors by following site-specific access procedures and supporting security-related policies at entry and exit points.;
Monitor and control access to the location by checking credentials, verifying visitor and vendor authorization, issuing passes when appropriate, and maintaining accurate activity logs.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.;
Support truck, delivery, and pedestrian traffic flow at gates and designated access areas while reporting unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify unauthorized access, unsecured areas, and other security-related concerns in a manufacturing environment.
