Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout industrial buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor entry and exit points, check credentials when required, and report maintenance issues, policy concerns, and/or security-related incidents according to site procedures;
Support daily operations at the location by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and completing required reports related to patrol activity and/or observed conditions
