Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, post orders, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential issues;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry as directed by site policies, assisting with visitor processing and reporting discrepancies or suspicious behavior;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts;
Complete required reports and follow client-directed protocols in daily operations
