As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment by conducting regular patrols and monitoring assigned areas. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to everyone on site. This is a primarily driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle, responding to situations as they arise, and assisting with access control.

What You’ll Do

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the facility.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site procedures.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

• Limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or a rustic guard shack may be present at the work location; experience working in such environments is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred and may be required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
