• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including supporting de‑escalation efforts and contacting law enforcement and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and document security‑related events, observations, and/or incidents in accordance with post orders.
• Maintain readiness for an armed patrol post by handling assigned equipment responsibly, following use guidelines, and supporting a professional presence throughout the location.

• Possess at least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical‑related field.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
