, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor activity, and maintain a visible presence that helps deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct individuals according to site requirements.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles, materials, and deliveries in accordance with established procedures, escalating discrepancies or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
