Reads and interprets blueprints, instructions, and other documentation to plan work activities;
Determines quantities and selects insulation materials based on heat retention and location;
Moves materials and equipment to work locations and sets up the work site;
Covers, seals, or finishes insulated surfaces or access holes using covers, canvas, sealants, tape, or mastic;
Installs sheet metal around insulated pipes to protect insulation and withstand weather
