Perform preventative maintenance on ammonia compressors, evaporators, condensers, and related utility equipment (boilers, pumps);
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues within industrial refrigeration systems;
Monitor system performance, pressure, and temperature, ensuring proper operation of automated controls;
Respond to leaks or system outages, including after-hours emergency calls;
Maintain detailed maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory records
