Join our team as a Service and Maintenance Technician! In this vital role, you will provide outstanding customer service while troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our clients’ operations run smoothly.

• Identify service issues, gather relevant information, and determine effective solutions for equipment repairs.
• Consult with clients to order necessary approved parts not currently available on-site.
• Install ordered parts promptly and professionally, in alignment with company standards.
• Perform repairs on electrical equipment and control circuits, replacing faulty components and fixing refrigeration systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems as well as commercial kitchen equipment like refrigerators, ovens, and fryers.
• Provide in‑store training for managers regarding equipment cleaning and daily maintenance routines.
• Recognize operational challenges that contribute to equipment failures in restaurants.
• Manage time and resources effectively, ensuring cost control and efficiency in meeting service commitments.
• Complete detailed work orders and inventory checklists.
• Ensure a clean and organized service vehicle, with precise inventory of parts and tools.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant HVAC and Refrigeration certifications.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• At least 3 years of technical experience repairing commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, and Kitchen Equipment, or equivalent formal training/military service.
• Strong diagnostic skills in commercial refrigeration systems, including light commercial equipment and HVAC systems.
• Willingness to perform on‑call and after‑hours emergency service as necessary.
• Pursuant to Act 34, must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screening and criminal background check.
• Detail‑oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
• Self‑motivated, with the capability to prioritize tasks within our established service model.
• EPA Universal Certification and CFESA Certification are required.
• Certification to service Marshall Middleby and Lincoln ovens is a plus.

Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour
