Objective:
To maintain the devices, pumps, spray guns etc. in the frame of the lacquer processing. The paint shop should also work with the lowest down times. Greatest possible benefit of the operating facilities through professional.

Completed vocational training in mechanics or display strong mechanical aptitude.

Knowledge in implementation of spray guns and in every coloristic installations. Troubleshooting, even after exploded view. Reliability. Commercial thinking. Handling of detergents and solvents.

Cleaning of defective spray guns, pumps, pressure regulations, etc. To overhaul the devices and keep them in a proper function. Maintenance and fault elimination of all color technical conveyors. Spare parts management. Maintain accurate spare parts inventory for atomizer repairs. After a repair the devices should be tested and approved with a signature. The proper function must be given after leaving the shop.

The paint shop should not be disturbed through long repair times.
