Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you’ll take ownership of electrical maintenance activities—installing, troubleshooting, and repairing critical equipment—all while driving safety, quality, and performance standards. • Facilitate and promote a safe and positive working environment for all employees under your direction.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and open communication to your team while identifying opportunities to reduce downtime and repair costs.
• Ensure safety, quality, environmental, and maintenance objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
• Train and mentor employees, design work schedules, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Document and schedule predictive, preventative, and corrective equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate electrical work execution and collaborate with other maintenance teams to minimize unscheduled downtime.
• Order parts and materials as needed and prepare reports for management.
• Maintain high standards of work performance and professional conduct.

For this role, you’ll come equipped with:

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
• 10+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician with specialized skills in PLCs.
• Thorough knowledge of plant equipment and operations.
• Expertise in electronic maintenance systems and familiarity with OSHA regulations.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge or experience in lumber manufacturing is considered an asset.
