Technician III
Mac Lellan HVAC & Mechanical is hiring a Technician III for our Barton, Alabama location. In this role, you will maintain and repair building systems that include a wide range of HVAC equipment. We respond to both emergency and planned service needs. Our goal is to reduce operating costs and equipment downtime while improving productivity, service, and comfort.

As the HVAC Technician III, you are part of Best People. You are an experienced HVAC professional who takes pride in troubleshooting complex issues and maintaining critical building systems. Working as part of a three-person team, you utilize our Best Systems to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. Through your technical expertise and commitment to excellence, you help reduce downtime, improve equipment reliability, and deliver Best Results for our customers.

What HVAC Technician III experience is needed for success?
- At least five years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience is preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems across multiple buildings.
- Ability to perform both planned maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Experience working with a variety of HVAC equipment and building systems.

Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy:
- After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at Mac Lellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.
- Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.
- Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.

Post-Employment Drug Testing:
- All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.
