Allegiant-Carter Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Retreat at Fairhope Village in Fairhope, Alabama. The role involves completing work orders, performing make-readies, and maintaining common areas.
You will inspect and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry tasks, follow safety policies, and participate in on-call shifts. A valid driver's license and prior multifamily maintenance experience are preferred.
