Inspect railcars to ensure compliance with FRA, AAR, and customer requirements;
Perform repairs to railcars including tank and hopper cars while adhering to safety and quality standards;
Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics to guide repairs;
Maintain accurate records of repair details and invoicing/work orders;
Participate in safety assessments and follow all safety rules and practices
