Job Description
Equipment Mechanic $1,160+ WEEKLY Join Savard Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Job duties include repairing and maintaining aerial work platforms, repairing and servicing telescoping forklifts, performing some light crane repair and maintenance, servicing and repairing portable air compressors, diagnosing equipment issues and performing necessary repairs, operating equipment as needed to assist with repairs and maintenance, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Key requirements include previous equipment mechanic experience (helpful but not required), hydraulic experience (strongly preferred), some experience operating heavy or industrial equipment, owning your own mechanic tools, and having reliable transportation. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are also required. Ability to work with heavy equipment in varying temperatures and conditions.
Shifts:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Duration:
Temp-perm.
