Life Without Barriers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Youth Advocate to join the Staying on Track program in Logan, Alabama. In this permanent full-time role, you will provide support and guidance to young individuals aged 10-17 transitioning from detention, helping them integrate back into their families and communities.
Your responsibilities will include mentoring, coaching, and developing Individual Support Plans tailored to each client, with the aim of building resilience and reducing re-offending. The role requires flexibility in working hours and a commitment to ongoing training.
