West Care Inc in North Highlands is seeking a full-time case manager to oversee a large caseload of participants in the STOP Program. The ideal candidate will have a background in criminal justice and excellent organizational skills.
Key responsibilities include case management, coordination with various agencies, and regional travel. Candidates should have a high school diploma and relevant experience in the field. Additional certifications such as CPR are preferred.
