• Lead complex software programs with a dedicated team.
• Provide technical solutions to drive software architecture for the team.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to define product and market‑specific requirements.
• Ensure new product enhancements meet quality standards before rollout to end customers.
• Provide timely resolution for customer issues.
• Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and reliable infrastructure and systems to support business‑critical applications.
• Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the time within normal commuting distance of the Plano office.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Eight (8) years of experience in software development (front‑end and back‑end).
• Six (6) years of experience in back‑end technologies and databases:
  Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Four (4) years of experience in software architecture and cloud platforms: AWS or Microsoft Azure.

Salary: $156,998 - $198,000 per year
