Senior Lead – Full Stack Software Development

This job is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions. Key responsibilities include overseeing design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs, aligning technical solutions to business objectives, and ensuring coding practices/quality comply with software development standards.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead – Full Stack Software Development with over 10 years of hands‑on experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑grade applications.

Responsibilities
  • Designs, develops and is accountable for feature delivery
  • Applies enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality
  • Ensures solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt
  • Guides the team on work breakdown and execution
  • Works with the Product Owner to ensure that product backlog/requirements are healthy, with clear acceptance criteria
  • Plays a team lead role (as an individual contributor) and mentors the team
  • Guides team members with skills and practices (planning and estimation, peer reviews, and other engineering practices)
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands‑on experience in full stack software development
  • Proven experience in a Tech Lead / Senior Developer / Engineering Lead role
  • Demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex initiatives end‑to‑end
  • Provide hands‑on leadership in full‑stack development (frontend, backend, APIs, and databases)
  • Drive delivery across the entire SDLC lifecycle – requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and actionable plans
  • Design and implement scalable, high‑performance, and secure enterprise applications
  • Contribute actively to coding, debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
  • Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and alignment with business goals
  • Lead release management, sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization
  • Proactively manage system risks, dependencies, and escalations
  • Drive execution rigor and remove blockers proactively
  • Champion best practices in test automation, CI/CD, Dev Ops, and quality engineering
  • Provide technical guidance and code reviews
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum enterprise environments
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of developers and engineers
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Required Skills Backend & APIs
  • .NET / .NET Core (8+ years) – enterprise applications, REST APIs, backend services
  • Python (5+ years) – backend processing, integrations, automation
Frontend
  • Angular / React (6+ years combined) – modern UI development and responsive design
Data & Databases
  • Strong experience in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar
  • Expertise in data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning
Architecture & Integration
  • Microservices architecture and API design
  • Event‑driven systems and distributed architectures
  • System integration and messaging patterns
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI use cases
  • Knowledge of observability tools, monitoring, and logging frameworks
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
