We are looking for someone who has a UiPath background but also has agentic build experience. Ideally we are looking for someone with UiPath, Java/Python, OpenAI, Spec‑driven dev, etc.
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of hands‑on development experience with UiPath (RPA)
- Strong programming experience in Python and modern software engineering practices
- Proven experience building production‑quality Agentic AI solutions (not on UiPath RPA platform)
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Lang Chain
- Lang Graph
- Azure AI Foundry
- Experience designing autonomous AI agents and multi‑agent systems
- Strong understanding of:
- LLMs and prompt engineering
- Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Tool/function calling architectures
- Experience deploying and scaling applications on Azure cloud
