Coleman Worldwide Moving - - Responsibilities:
Book and coordinate shipments (military or consumer) and act as main point of contact for moves;
Collect pre-move surveys, weights, and preapprovals; update company software and the carrier;
Track shipments' estimated time of arrival and delivery information; monitor and verify accuracy;
Secure customer payment information and ensure agents have accurate information;
Liaise between agents and customers to determine agreeable packing/pickup/delivery times; proactively communicate with operations and customers
