SOLO OTR DRIVERS - Reliable Miles & Strong Pay

Pay Package:

• Drivers Average $70,000 Annually
• Sign On-Bonus: $1,500 till the end of January, 2026
• $0.60 CPM all miles (empty & loaded)
• 2,500+ miles/week expectation
• Drivers are out 2-3 weeks
• Extra Pay:
  • $35 per extra stop
  • Detention: $25/hr after 2 hours (up to $200)
  • $200/day layover & breakdown pay
  • $50 working holiday additional pay
  • $0.05 monthly performance bonus
  • $0.01 seniority bonus/ annually
