Office Clerk – Romulus

Universal Logistics is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Clerk to support daily crossdock operations.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM Training

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Paid Time Off:
Available to eligible employees

Responsibilities

Perform data entry and process shipping/receiving paperwork
Check drivers in/out and verify shipment and trailer information
Monitor pickups and deliveries and research discrepancies
Maintain accurate records, reports, and Excel spreadsheets
Communicate with carriers, drivers, and management

Qualifications

Clerical, transportation, or logistics experience preferred
Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Yard Management System (YMS) is a plus
Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Dependable with strong communication and attention to detail
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
