Shipping Clerk - Dock

Job Description Overview

Responsible for the timely, accurate picking and shipping of all customer orders.

• Utilize R/F scanners for picking and posting orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Meet productivity goals and measurements set forth by the Logistics Manager and maintain inventory integrity.
• E‑Commerce verification and packaging to ship direct to customers.
• Create shipping labels and packing orders to ship via Fed Ex, UPS, and Brinks.
• Report overages, shortages and picking inaccuracies to management.
• Assist management with departmental projects and responsibilities.
• Stock packaging materials at all verification stations.
• Assist in other areas such as receiving and tagging merchandise per management’s direction.
• Receive and dispatch deliveries and deliver received packages to proper departments.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multi‑task.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be willing to work overtime when required.
• Capable of lifting, pulling, pushing up to 40 pounds.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Stand‑up forklift certification and experience is a plus.

High School Diploma or higher.

The hourly rate for this role is $19/hr
