MHE- Order Picker- 2nd Shift-Burlington, NJ

Location and Schedule

We are growing in Burlington, NJ.

Schedule:

4:00 PM to 12:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Must show proof of valid certification.

Role focuses on movement of products throughout the warehouse using various types of Material Handling equipment. Requires skills and experience to operate/drive manual handling equipment in accordance with local legislation. An externally accredited qualification/licence is usually required.

• Utilize manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist drivers to load and unload trucks.
• Handle materials such as picking, packing, scanning, kitting (as applicable), counting products and other related duties.
• Ensure timeliness, correct packaging, and accurate system work.
• Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jacks, etc.
• Read and follow detailed and defined instructions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensure safe and secure work environment, including all TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be forklift certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, at least 1 year.
• Proficient in using forklifts, pallet jacks, banding/shrink wrap material.
• Experience using an RF scan gun required.
• Previous forklift certifications preferred.
• Ability to work overtime as needed, occasional weekends.
• Strong reading, comprehension, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work well with others with little supervision.
• High attention to detail.
• Capacity to lift 50+ lbs unassisted.

This position requires standing and walking for extended periods. Employees must frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, reach, bend, and lift objects above their head. Must regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds unassisted and use pallet jacks and forklifts.

$21.50 hourly. The above is the anticipated starting salary range. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
