Schedule:

6:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Thursday

Receiving associate responsibilities:

• Unload, unpack, count, label, and store incoming items.
• Verify shipment counts and record receipts in the computer system.
• Prepare and ship UPS and Fed Ex packages.
• Ship parts for outside processing and maintain a log for tracking.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and report tool room shortages.
• Move items to production areas as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and assist with other tasks as assigned.

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.

Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping products in a warehouse environment. Ability to accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures. Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Previous experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, or inventory software is preferred. Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is beneficial. Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or order fulfillment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a receiving associate.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.
