Summary of Position:
The Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of field operations to ensure that projects are equipped with supplies to allow jobs to be completed efficiently and on schedule. This role involves close collaboration with field teams, Operations Manager, and management to maintain robust operational workflows. A Field Operations Coordinator must be adept at multitasking and problem-solving while providing top-notch support to ensure seamless execution of field activities.
The position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and understanding of the logistical demands of field operations
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage daily supply needs for field operations activities
• Communicate regularly with field teams to provide support and address issues
• Manage weekly payroll reporting
• Assist in coordinating equipment rental pickup/return
• Resolve field-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions
• Assist in prompt resolution for all field issues related to projects and/or equipment
• Maintain inventory counts
• Be willing to take on other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel as needed and maintain a clear MVR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and manage heavy equipment as needed
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
