Customer Service/ Sales Representative

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Part time Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers, process orders, provide product information, and support the sales team to ensure an excellent customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person
• Enter customer orders and process invoices
• Answer questions about products, pricing, and delivery
• Create new customer accounts and update customer information
• Resolve customer concerns and process returns when needed
• Support shipping by preparing packing lists and invoices
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order completion
• Prepare sales and customer activity reports
• Support the sales team with customer follow-up and outbound calls
• Follow company policies and perform other assigned duties

Skills and Experience:

High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred) At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience Strong communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Able to work independently and as part of a team Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
