Affinity Hospice is seeking a compassionate hospice aide (CNA) to join our home-based care team. Under RN supervision, you will observe patients, provide personal care, and document care performed to promote comfort and dignity.
Full-time, 40 hours per week, travel to patients' homes, flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. Must have high school diploma, state certification, CPR, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
