Wash Bay Technician

Spectrum Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Wash Bay Technician to join our maintenance team. This role is critical to maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of our fleet and facility grounds. Ideal candidates will also be comfortable assisting the maintenance team with basic tasks and maintaining our oil/eater separator system.

• Wash and maintain the cleanliness of trucks and equipment
• Perform routine cleaning & maintenance of the OWS (Oil/Water Separator) System.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the yard and office grounds
• Assist the maintenance team with light repair or service tasks
• Perform duties outdoors in varying weather conditions (hot, cold, wet)
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Help ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Experience with pressure washers and landscaping/yard maintenance tools
• Basic mechanical or maintenance experience (a plus)
• Ability to reliably commute to and from work
• Available to work Monday through Friday during scheduled hours
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
• Team player with good communication skills
