Shift: Sunday-Thursday 7:00pm-5:30am (2nd Shift)
Royal Switchgear (a Mac Lean Power Systems Company) is looking for a hands‑on, move‑fast, get‑it‑done kind of teammate. If you like staying active, working with equipment, and being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly—this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing- Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment like a pro
- Pulling, staging, and prepping materials for production and shipping
- Keeping everything labeled, organized, and right where it belongs
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Tracking inventory and spotting anything that doesn’t look right
- Loading and unloading trucks to keep things moving
- Supporting deliveries and keeping schedules on track
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid driver’s license and forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout your shift
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a team‑first mindset
- Warehouse environment with forklifts, pallets, and constant movement
- A physically active role—no desk sitting here!
